BARBERS: All barbers must be licensed with the state of Arizona. 

COSMETOLOGISTS/HAIRSTYLISTS: Anyone that uses chemical processing regardless of title will need to be licensed as well. 

Braiders and Locticians do not need to be Licensed but are required to maintain AZ state board requirements for cleanliness and servicing of multiple clients.
